The month of November saw VAT updates from the European Commission, EU member states, including Bulgaria, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Romania, and Slovakia, as well as from the United Kingdom, comprising of implementation of VAT quick fixes, approval of changes to VAT reporting obligations, and reduced VAT rates to name a few.
