Mr. Carter has written articles for the Appraisal Institute’s The Appraisal Journal and Data Center Dynamic’s Opinion section. In 2024, he and his co-author David Lennhoff won the Appraisal Institute’s Armstrong/Kahn Award for best article of the year.
