Dallas, Texas -- Ryan & Company today announced the completion of its acquisition of The Price Consulting Group, Inc. ("PCG"). Headquartered in Austin, Texas, PCG offers a full range of utility consulting services, including predominant use utility studies, utility rate reviews and energy conservation studies. Ryan & Company acquired 100% of the outstanding stock of PCG.
PCG provides consulting services throughout the United States and is one of the nation's largest firms engaged principally in providing predominant use utility studies which are used by clients to validate exemptions from state and local government sales and use taxes. PCG's clients include many well-known Fortune 500 companies, including Advanced Micro Devices, Samsung Semiconductor, Motorola, Westinghouse Electric, General Dynamics, Anheuser-Busch, and Tyson Foods.
