Dallas, Texas -- Ryan & Company, America's fastest growing major state and local tax consulting firm, announced that it has opened a new office at One Rockefeller Plaza in New York City, expanding its tax practice to the Northeast region. At the same time, the firm named Jeremiah "Jerry" Lynch to lead the Northeast practice.
Headquartered in Dallas, the firm established the New York City office in order to serve the firm's many national accounts operating in the region. Lynch will build on the firm's existing national presence by focusing on business development, service delivery, and recruiting efforts in the Northeast.

Prior to joining Ryan & Company, Lynch served as National Director of Sales and Use Tax services at Ernst & Young LLP. He has 24 years of experience in the state and local tax area, including 14 years as partner.
