Dallas, Texas -- Ryan & Company, a national provider of state & local tax consulting services, today announced the launch of its national unclaimed property consulting and compliance practice. As a result of this launch, the Firm will expand its office space at Monarch Plaza in Atlanta, Georgia to approximately 10,000 square feet.
Ryan & Company named Mr. James Santivañez, Senior Manager, to lead the practice. In his new position, Mr. Santivañez will focus on business development, service delivery, and recruiting efforts, building on Ryan & Company's existing presence and service delivery nationally. Ms. Sherridan Santivañez, Manager, joined the practice and will support Ryan & Company's national unclaimed property initiative.
Prior to joining Ryan & Company, Mr. Santivañez was associated with a Big 4 national accounting firm. Mr. Santivañez was previously a practice leader that provided unclaimed property consultation, audit defense, planning, and compliance services for clients in all industries. Ms. Sherridan Santivañez, also formerly associated with a Big 4 national accounting firm, has extensive experience consulting with clients in the unclaimed property area as well.
