Dallas, Texas - Ryan & Company today announced that Greg Weiss has joined the Firm as Vice President and General Counsel, succeeding Tony Mills, who was appointed President.
Prior to joining Ryan & Company, Weiss was a long-time shareholder at the Dallas law firm of David, Goodman, & Madole. Weiss has represented Ryan & Company in a variety of business and litigation matters since 1994. His practice was centered on general business matters, complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, and employment. Weiss is a member of the State Bar of Texas and has been admitted to practice before all Texas federal courts, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Weiss holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BS 1986) from the University of Missouri and a Law degree (JD 1989) from Duke University.
