The Federal Income Tax Practice will provide customized solutions that focus on federal compliance, research and development tax incentives, process and technology, IRS audit support, cost segregation, and tax accounting. Cheryl Anderson joins the management team as a Director in the Boston office to lead Ryan & Company’s Federal Income Tax Practice. Ms. Anderson is a recognized tax authority, having recently built and launched a federal tax practice as Vice President of an independent tax consulting firm. Ms. Anderson also has extensive corporate experience, having spent ten years as Director of Tax, Research, Audit & Compliance at a Fortune 500 Semiconductor Company. Ms. Anderson holds a Master of Taxation degree from Bentley College, a Master of Business Administration degree from New Hampshire College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University.
