Dallas, Texas -- Ryan, the leading tax services firm in North America, with the largest transaction tax practice in the United States and Canada, today announced that Brad Gorski has joined the Firm as a Principal in the Firm’s high-growth Property Tax practice. Mr. Gorski will reside in the Firm’s Atlanta office, and will support the property tax consulting needs of Ryan’s premier client portfolio in the Southeast region.
Over the past 21 years, Mr. Gorski has handled and successfully prosecuted property tax assessment appeals throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, representing several billion dollars in assets and saving clients millions of dollars in taxes. Mr. Gorski has in-depth expertise in real estate valuation and appeals, personal property consulting, and large personal property compliance engagements in the commercial real estate, manufacturing, retail, and telecommunications industries.
Prior to joining Ryan, Mr. Gorski gained extensive knowledge of property tax management systems as a sales executive for a national property tax software and services firm, and spent nine years as a director managing the Southeast property tax practice for a national accounting firm. Mr. Gorski has been an instructor for the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) Intermediate School since 2005 and has achieved the IPT Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) designation recognizing professional achievement and distinction in property taxation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from Towson University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Baltimore.
