The ranking was compiled, weighted, and ranked by The Dallas Morning News’ research partner Workplace Dynamics, LLC through an independent survey of 33,304 Dallas-Fort Worth employees who offered opinions and insights into their companies. The winners were evaluated and ranked by employee responses to their company’s performance in key areas that included company direction, opportunities for career growth, strength of leadership, pay and benefits, workplace flexibility, and more. Ryan’s recognition was a direct result of feedback from its Dallas-based employees, 90% of whom responded to the independent web-based survey.
