Dallas, Texas – Ryan, a leading global tax services firm with the largest indirect tax practice in North America, today announced that Mr. Kris Galay, CA has joined the Firm as a Director. Mr. Galay will be located in the Mississauga, Ontario office, and will lead Ryan’s new Canadian Income Tax practice.
Mr. Galay is a seasoned tax professional with in-depth expertise in all areas of Canadian corporate income tax compliance and consulting. For more than a decade he has specialized in the preparation of Canadian income tax returns, Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) claims, tax planning, and strategic advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Ryan, Mr. Galay served as the Tax Director for a large multinational pharmaceutical company. He has held senior level positions with several Big Four public accounting firms, as well as companies in the financial services and health care industries.
