Dallas, Texas – Ryan, a leading global tax services firm with the largest indirect tax practice in North America, today announced that Tony G. Mills has retired from his position as President, following nearly ten years of stellar service with the Firm. Mr. Mills will, however, continue his association with Ryan in a limited capacity to support continued corporate development initiatives.
Mr. Mills joined Ryan in 2002 as the Firm’s first General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer, and assumed the role of President in 2006. Since then, he has had a profound impact on the development and evolution of Ryan’s path to market leadership in the tax services industry. Mr. Mills spearheaded Ryan’s initial strategic growth plan and played an instrumental role in the Firm’s geographic expansion across 44 locations in North America and Europe. He successfully led multiple corporate development initiatives that have supported Ryan’s impressive growth in services, revenue, and EBITDA. Mr. Mills also managed Ryan’s capital transactions, including a recent $100 million syndicated credit facility that will support continued exponential growth into the future.
