The acquisition adds a number of significant client relationships to Ryan’s premier portfolio of clients, as well as a team of industry-recognized engineers and technical experts specializing in personalized and highly professional SR&ED tax credit advisory services. They bring a successful history of helping clients understand the SR&ED program, uncovering all eligible opportunities and optimizing legitimate claims within the Canadian Revenue Agency guidelines.
Acquiring SR&ED ONE represents a significant milestone in the continued development of Ryan’s integrated Canadian tax services designed to provide clients a single-source solution for minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing profitability and cash flow. It also adds a new Ryan location in Vancouver, British Columbia, supporting the Firm’s expansion strategy to ensure a local presence in those cities where their premier global clients operate. Danny Ladouceur, Principal and Founder of SR&ED ONE, will join the Ryan leadership team as Principal to lead the continued growth and expansion of the Firm’s SR&ED service offering. He founded SR&ED ONE in 2007 and built one of the most capable SR&ED firms in the industry. Mr. Ladouceur and his team are widely recognized for their ability to identify and document qualifying projects and their outstanding record and reputation with the Canadian Revenue Agency. Mr. Ladouceur will be based in Ryan’s Toronto, Ontario office.
