Dallas, Texas – Ryan, a leading global tax services firm with the largest indirect and property tax practices in North America, today announced that it has acquired the Unclaimed Property Compliance business from StoneRiver, which includes the industry-leading TRACKER® Unclaimed Property Software application. This acquisition more than quadruples the current number of Ryan Abandoned and Unclaimed Property practice client relationships by adding a substantial number of TRACKER® Unclaimed Property Software end users. It also supports the Firm’s continued geographic expansion with a new office in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, staffed with a team of professionals that will continue to support the TRACKER® application and client services that will be transitioned to Ryan. This acquisition is a significant milestone in the continued growth of Ryan’s Abandoned and Unclaimed Property practice, which is now the largest practice of its kind in the United States.
