Toronto, Ontario – Ryan, a leading global tax services firm with the largest indirect and property tax practices in North America, today announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Definitive Consulting Services (“Definitive”). The acquisition is subject to completion of due diligence, with an estimated close date of April 15, 2014. Definitive Consulting Services provides Canadian sales tax, customs duty, and tax advisory services to companies across North America.
