The Commission is composed of legislators on the Joint Committee on Tax Policy, the State Treasurer, the State Budget Director, the Director of the Department of Revenue, and other public and private sector stakeholders. Mr. Hilger was appointed to the Commission by Lieutenant Governor Peter D. Kinder.
