DALLAS (Oct. 15, 2018) ‒ Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, announced that David Oldani has joined the management team as senior vice president, chief financial officer. Oldani will lead global finance operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis, risk management, and investor relations. Oldani has more than 25 years of financial expertise, and a proven track record of building and improving corporate infrastructures, establishing operating controls, and delivering profitable results during periods of aggressive corporate change and growth. His strategic leadership ability and experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets, while improving productivity, have guided major global corporations through reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions, and an initial public offering.

Prior to joining Ryan, he served as senior vice president ‒ Treasurer, Investor Relations, and Financial Planning & Analysis for WhiteWave Foods, a $4 billion global branded food services company. His career managing financial operations in major corporations also includes leadership positions with Dean Foods and Wells Fargo Bank.
Oldani holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals.
