The Most Admired CEO honorees were selected from votes submitted by CEO nominations in multiple industries throughout North Texas. After ballots were tallied, Dallas Business Journal readers were given the opportunity to cast their votes for a Readers’ Choice honoree in each business category, making Mr. Ryan one of nine leaders to also be awarded this prestigious recognition.
The Dallas Business Journal established the Most Admired CEOs Award in 2018 to honor North Texas executives most admired by their peers, employees, and the community. These business leaders were selected based upon their ability to inspire those around them; hold their employees, products, and services in the highest regard; run their companies with integrity; and demonstrate how successful companies should be managed.
According to the Dallas Business Journal, the 2018 class of the Most Admired CEOs represents the best of what servant leadership means at companies in North Texas.
