PITTSBURGH (Dec. 7, 2020) – Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania by the Central Penn Business Journal. This marks the ninth consecutive year Ryan has been named to this list of companies for creating employee-centric work environments benefiting the state’s economy and workforce. The Firm has Pennsylvania offices in King of Prussia, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh.
“The exceptional work of our Pennsylvania team members continues to make Ryan one of the premier places to work in the state for the ninth year in a row,” said Ryan Global President and Chief Operating Officer Ginny B. Kissling. “They consistently deliver world-class client service while also developing an award-winning workplace culture that attracts and retains the top talent in our industry. We are thankful for their hard work and dedication each day.”
Created in 2000, this list is one of the first in the country designed to honor, identify, and recognize the top places of employment on a statewide level. The awards program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and Central Penn Business Journal.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process, which includes evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, demographics, and an employee survey measuring their personal experiences at work. The combined scores of this two-part process determined the final rankings.
