Ryan Hires Jennifer Whitten as Senior Vice President for the Center of Excellence

DALLAS (Nov. 22, 2021) – Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, announced that Jennifer Whitten has recently joined the Firm as Senior Vice President for the Center of Excellence (COE), based in the Dallas office. Whitten is a leader in business transformation, process improvement, policy writing and adherence, and governance.

Whitten has effectively led quality, project management, and cross-functional teams in developing and executing large-scale business transformational changes while utilizing Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9001 methodologies. This expertise will play a key role in framing Ryan’s new COE department, which will be focused on governance framework and process audit, issue management, process and project management, and quality data and reporting.

Prior to joining Ryan, Whitten served in various quality assurance and operational risk roles for Caliber Home Loans, Inc., loanDepot, and Mr. Cooper. She holds a Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix. In addition to being an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, she is LSSGB, ISO 9001 Lead, and ITILv2 certified.
