The month of August saw the extension of a variety of VAT waivers, reductions, and deadlines across Czech Republic, Greece, and Portugal, with a VAT rate increase announced in the hospitality industry for the Isle of Man. A number of VAT clarifications also took place in Italy and the United Kingdom, impacting various services.
