Charlotte, North Carolina Property Tax Expertise
Local Charlotte Property Tax Expertise with a National Footprint
It has been three years since the last Mecklenburg County revaluation, and property owners should expect increases when receiving their 2023 assessed values. The industrial, multifamily, and office industries should expect to see the highest increases as a result of strong growth in recent years.
Real estate values issued in 2023 can remain in place for another three years, unless changed by appeal action or a change at the property level. The local property tax experts at Ryan have decades of experience filing and negotiating property tax appeals for all property types throughout Mecklenburg County and across North Carolina.
