Principal
Gary specializes in the valuation, assessment, taxation, and exemption of real and personal property on a state and local level for clients in a variety of industries. He holds a senior tax consultant designation from the Texas Association of Property Tax Consultants, where he also served on the board of directors from 2004–2009. He has more than 30 years of experience in the property tax profession. Gary is an alumnus of the University of Houston.
Noelle Rouhana
Principal
A highly experienced consultant in the Houston market with long-term relationships at all county appraisal districts, Noelle has been a licensed senior consultant since 2010. She is an active certified commercial investment member (CCIM) and has served on the board of directors of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals since 2013. She has more than 25 years of experience in the property tax profession. Noelle is an alumnus of the University of Houston.
Scott Gilchrist
Principal
Scott offers clients more than 36 years of experience in the property tax profession. He specializes in property valuation and appeal services for apartment properties in the Houston market, representing an apartment portfolio valued more than $10 billion and having achieved more than $106 million in tax savings for Houston apartment owners over the past four years. Scott is a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals, a member of the Houston Apartment Association, and is a former senior staff appraiser of commercial properties with the Dallas Central Appraisal District.
Kenneth Graeber
Director
Kenneth has a diverse background in the tax profession and is widely known and well respected in the state of Texas. He is responsible for appeals on major office properties and has achieved more than $30 million in tax savings for clients over the past three years. Kenneth served as the executive director of the State Property Tax Board and as the chief appraiser of Harris County Appraisal District in Houston. He is a former president of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals and currently serves as a member of the Ethics Committee and Government Relations Committee.
