Dallas, Texas – Ryan, a leading global tax services firm, announced today that Jeff Nolan, a Principal in the Commercial Property Tax practice, has been appointed to serve on the Arizona State Board of Equalization (SBOE) by Arizona Governor, Douglas A. Ducey. The appointed members of the SBOE are tasked with hearing and deciding property tax appeal cases for both centrally valued and locally assessed properties. Members are highly qualified and experienced in property valuation, property tax appeals, appraisal, or condemnation.
