Jeff has more than 30 years of experience providing property tax consulting services to a variety of industries and property types, including data centers, restaurants and retail, healthcare, and large new developments. He serves as Southwest Region Leader for Ryan’s Commercial Property Tax practice. Jeff is a member of the Metroplex Technology Business Council, Southern Methodist University Real Estate Society, and Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals.
Adam Davis
Principal
Adam specializes in appeals of all property types in Tarrant County, Texas, providing tax consulting services and tax savings to clients with commercial real estate properties. He holds a Master of Real Estate degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Texas A&M University.
Paul Harris
Principal
With more than three decades of experience, Paul has a deep understanding and history with valuations and appraisals for the state of Texas, specifically Dallas. Formerly working for the state and now providing consulting services to a variety of industries and property types, Paul brings many years of experience and knowledge to his service for his clients.
Kevin McCune
Principal
At Ryan, Kevin focuses on the valuation, assessment, taxation, and exemption of property on state and local levels for clients in a variety of industries, including commercial and industrial property. He leads research and development of the niche market sector of student housing property. Kevin is part of several national organizations, including Certified Commercial Investment, Institute for Professionals in Taxation, Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals, and the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals.
Vance Shull

Vance specializes in commercial real estate tax consulting, providing representation to owners in ad valorem tax appeals of retail properties, shopping centers, malls, office buildings, apartments, and entertainment venues. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals, and volunteers with the Real Estate Council.
Jamie Sieffert
Principal
As a Principal in Ryan’s Commercial Property Tax practice in Ryan’s Dallas office, Jamie handles appeals throughout the South-Central United States. Jamie specializes in providing commercial real estate property taxation services, including valuation and reporting for both real and personal property assets, with a focus on multifamily assets. Prior to his tenure with Ryan, he was in senior management of property tax for two globally recognized firms as well as a director of commercial real estate focused on multifamily appeals across North Texas. In addition to being a licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant in Texas, Jamie is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee and affiliated with the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals and Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.

Scott has more than 34 years of experience, innovation, integrity, and leadership in the property tax industry. He specializes in office and retail real estate, consistently reducing tax expenses. Scott is a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP) and has served as a member of the Appraisal Review Board of Dallas County.
Brian Cox

Brian has more than 35 years of experience in the property tax profession, with special expertise in the valuation of multifamily, industrial, warehouse, and flex properties. His appraisal background is a major plus for business property owners seeking to reduce their assessments and realize tax savings.
Brian is also highly skilled in property valuation, analysis, and assessment appeals, successfully performing tax reduction initiatives for commercial, industrial, and personal property nationwide. Brian is a Property Tax Associate Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP).
Gregory K. Howard
Senior Manager
Gregory has more than 25 years of experience in valuation issues facing offices, apartments, retail stores, warehouses, flex space, raw land, hotels, resorts, and business personal property. By aggressively negotiating with county tax assessors and appraisal districts, he provides clients considerable tax savings to reduce their bottom line. Gregory is highly skilled in the valuation of all income-producing properties, specializing in hotels and resorts. He is also considered an expert witness before appraisal review boards. Gregory is member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP) and a member of the Texas Association of Assessing Officers (TAAO).
Jim Syverson
Senior Manager
Jim has more than 23 years of experience improving client profitability with expert property tax appeals and litigation support as well as compliance and audit experience. With a background as an appraiser, his expertise in all aspects of real and personal property valuation provides a formula for success. Jim works hard for his clients, consistently achieving annual tax savings for a broad range of properties, including multifamily, office, industrial, manufacturing, retail, and more. He aggressively identifies nontaxable assets, removing nontaxable embedded costs, reclassifying assets, and applying obsolescence when appropriate. Jim is a Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) with the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP).
