Ryan Wins Prestigious International Client Service Excellence “Best of the Best” Award; G. Brint Ryan Also Named Customer Service CEO of the Year

Dallas, TexasRyan, a leading global tax services firm, has won two highly coveted international awards for client service excellence from the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA), a member of the International Council of Customer Service Organizations (ICCSO). The Firm has been awarded the 2015 International Client Service Excellence Award in the “Best of the Best” category for companies, and Chairman and CEO, G. Brint Ryan, has been awarded the 2015 Individual International Client Service Excellence Award for Customer Service CEO of the Year. 

The judging criteria for the International Client Service Excellence Awards is based on the rigorous International Customer Service Standard (ICSS), which provides a comprehensive and practical framework to assist organizations in delivering consistently high levels of service. This standard reviews organizations as a whole to determine if the customer is the focus of the business and how that is supported through culture, processes, procedures, training, hiring practices, and most importantly, actions.

This marks the second time G. Brint Ryan has been awarded as Customer Service CEO of the Year—he also won the category in 2010. These awards closely follow the announcement made in October that Ryan became the first company to ever qualify for recertification of the ICSS Gold Certification from the CSIA. In 2012, Ryan also became the first company ever awarded this exclusive, three-year accreditation resulting from an extensive review of the Firm’s client service and quality management processes. Prior to attaining its 2012 and 2015 Gold Certifications, Ryan recorded the highest certification score ever produced in an initial application by a North American organization.
